My husband and I have recently cleaned out our house of meats. Yes, that actually happened.

Since being pregnant, I’ve added only chicken to my shopping list.

I thought this would be more difficult since I grew up eating meat at lunch and dinner (Meatless Monday WHAT?)

It has honestly been quite a journey!

There are so many options out there. Pinterest has been my lifeline during the last few months

Here are a few things I have searched:

  • Meatless meals
  • Vegetarian lunch
  • Vegetarian dinner
  • High protein foods

There’s no need  to be intimidated by the idea of new things. There are so many options. If you know how to spice up a meal, you are good to go.
